Sequencer

The G-seq500 is a mid-throughput gene sequencer. The sequencer, combined with a dedicated chip MK, can realize DNA and RNA sequencing.

Sequencing chip

The MK is a highly integrated chip with 512K nanopore channels that can be used with the G-seq500 sequencer to produce 15 gigabytes of data in 10 hours.

Reagent

The sequencing kit (Model: CX01) integrates buffer solution (system specific sequencing mixture), cleaning solution and waste solution. It is designed according to the sample test demand, reducing the number of kit changes and reducing the work burden.
